Role Description

This is a remote contract role at Sanam Agency for a Motion Graphics Designer specializing in the development and animation of visual content for digital media and advertising.

The designer will transform creative ideas and concepts into engaging animated visuals that support brand objectives, campaigns, and various creative projects. Responsibilities include designing and animating graphic elements, kinetic typography, illustrations, visual transitions, titles, and animated content for social media, advertisements, and promotional videos.

The role requires a strong understanding of motion principles, timing, rhythm, and visual composition, with the ability to combine design, sound, and movement into cohesive visual experiences. The designer will collaborate with the video, production, and content teams to ensure animations align with each project’s visual identity and deliver final assets according to specified technical requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in motion graphics design and visual animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to design and animate kinetic typography, transitions, titles, and illustrated graphics.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into clear, engaging animated content.
• Familiarity with preparing videos in different dimensions and aspect ratios for digital and advertising platforms.
• Understanding of basic video editing, audio integration, and export settings.
• A portfolio demonstrating actual motion graphics projects and strong animation, design, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to organize project files, implement revisions, and collaborate effectively with production teams.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote contract environment.
